Columbia University Press Author Events for December

Events include Sarah Burd-Sharps and Kristen Lewis discussing their book, The Measure of America: American Human Development Report, 2008-2009 at the Carnegie Council on Thursday, December 4; Annie Hauck and Jonathan Deutsch on their book Gastropolis: Food and New York City at the Astor Center (price of admission includes wine, cheese, and other snacks and food); and contributors to The Best American Magazine Writing 2008 reading from their work at what has become an annual tradition at the Half-King.
