Hervé This heads to Canada April 27-May 2
Calling all Canadian scientists, chefs, and those with curious minds—Hervé This, the founder of molecular gastronomy travels to Vancouver, Toronto, and Ottawa to promote his new book, Kitchen Mysteries: Revealing the Science of Cooking, later this month.
He’ll appear at Barbara-Jo’s Books to Cooks in Vancouver two evenings in a row on April 27 and 28th. Tickets are required, so book early to get a seat!
Moving eastward, This will appear at The Cookbook Store in Toronto on April 29th. Reservations are required, so contact the store to hold your seat.
And lastly, in Ottawa, This will be the guest of Le Cordon Bleu for a fabulous dinner prepared using the principles of molecular gastronomy on May 1st. The following day, May 2 he will give a lecture to students at Carleton University.
