Today for Women’s History Month, we’re shining a spotlight on a few published works by women in science. Naomi Oreskes, author of The Collapse of Western Civilization was a recipient of the 2018 Guggenheim Fellowship. Donna Dickenson is a philosopher who specializes in medical ethics and has authored more than 20 books on the topic including Me Medicine vs. We Medicine. And Nessa Carey, author of Junk DNA, is a biologist working in the field of molecular biology and biotechnology.
